LEKROLIFT lifters use vacuum generated automatically by the weight of the lifted load.
They do not require any electrical power supply or external vacuum source. The attachment and release of the load is fully automatic thanks to a special cycling mechanism.
The lifters are suitable for handling the following materials:
- Sheet (including non-magnetic, slightly corroded, or foil coated sheets)
- Glass
- Polished stone
- Plastics
- Wood with a non-porous surface finish
Yes. The suction cups on our lifting devices are made from oil-resistant material, so they handle oily surfaces with no problem.
Yes. The lifter can safely grip even partially corroded sheets – as long as the corrosion is not so advanced that the material is peeling off.
No. The lifting devices are completely self-sufficient.
No. The LEKROLIFT self-suction lifters operate fully automatically.The operator only controls the hoisting equipment (e.g., crane) to which the lifting device is attached.

Yes. Thanks to the absence of electrical components and the robust design, the lifting devices are reliable even under demanding operating conditions.
Yes. We are happy to design a customized solution tailored to your requirements and the dimensions of the materials to be handled.
Yes. The external suction cups can be deactivated using the shut-off valves and smaller formats can be handled. However, in such a case the maximum load capacity of the device is reduced.
The maintenance is minimal. The only commonly worn part are the rubber suction cups, which the customer can easily replace on his own.

LEKROLIFT Self-adhesive vacuum lifters
The LEKROLIFT self-feeding vacuum lifters are an efficient solution for handling flat materials with thicknesses as low as 1 mm. Thanks to the use of vacuum, which is created automatically by the weight of the load itself and the lift of the manipulator, no external power source is required – neither an electrical connection nor a hose.
