The LEKROLIFT self-feeding vacuum lifters are an efficient solution for handling flat materials with thicknesses as low as 1 mm. Thanks to the use of vacuum, which is created automatically by the weight of the load itself and the lift of the manipulator, no external power source is required – neither an electrical connection nor a hose.
The lifter does not require any manual operation – the operator works only with the hoisting equipment (e.g. crane), while the process of load pickup and release is carried out fully automatically by a special cycling mechanism.

Independent Operation

The lifter operates without electricity. The system works purely mechanically, without the need for cables or a network connection. The vacuum that holds the load is created only by the weight of the load itself, eliminating the need for an external power source.

Hands-Free Handling

The operator controls only the hoisting equipment to which the lifting device is attached. Thanks to its smart design, load pickup and release are fully automated by an integrated cycling mechanism. This system eliminates the need for manual operation and ensures fast, safe handling without unnecessary downtime.

European standard

Our lifters devices meet the essential hygiene and safety requirements of European Standard EN 13155:2020 – Cranes – Safety – Free-hanging devices for holding loads that are placed on self-suction vacuum gripping devices.

Our manipulators are ideal for horizontal handling of non-porous materials such as sheet metal (including non-magnetic, slightly corroded or foil-coated), glass sheets, cut stone, plastic or wood with a non-porous finish. The use of LEKROLIFT manipulators significantly increases operational efficiency, removes the physical strain on workers and ensures safer and more precise handling.
