Lifter KL 1200-3 (I)

Handling non-porous loads up to 1 200 kg

The vacuum lifter LEKROLIFT KL 1200-3 (I) enables efficient handling of non-porous materials weighing up to 1,200 kg.

The 3 suction cups with a diameter of Ø 400 mm are automatically clamped and released thanks to a special cycling mechanism – the operator only controls the crane on which the vacuum lifter is suspended. The suction cups are easily adjustable, allowing quick adaptation to the actual dimensions of the handled material.

The vacuum is generated solely by the weight of the load, without the need for electricity or an external vacuum source.

The robust construction, made in the Czech Republic, meets the EN 13155:2020 standard and is built for long-term daily use even in dusty and dirty environments. High-quality oil-resistant rubber suction cups ensure a gentle grip that does not damage even the most sensitive surfaces.

Lift and handle with ease – sheet metal, plastic, glass, wood with impermeable surface or polished stone can be handled more conveniently, efficiently and safely with the LEKROLIFT vacuum lifter.

Product Detail:

Safety

– vacuum gauge and acoustic-optical alarm immediately alert when the vacuum pressure drops. Designed and manufactured in accordance with EN 13155:2020.

Customisation

– on request, the length of the beam can be adjusted or the load capacity can be reduced by changing the suction cup diameter.

Examples of use

– loading and unloading sheet metal from pallets onto laser cutting machine, press brake, etc.

– handling glass panes, plastic and composite panels, polished stone and wood with a non-porous surface finish.

Why choose the (I) version?

The (I) series vacuum lifters are equipped with suction cups arranged in a single row. They are ideal for handling narrow loads starting from minimal thickness or standard sheets with higher thickness where there is no risk of significant transverse deflection.
